Disability Awareness: We honor the strength, diversity, and identity of people with disabilities. It marks the anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), signed on July 26, 1990, which protects the rights of disabled individuals.

💪 Disability Pride is about visibility, self-acceptance, and challenging ableism. It honors all kinds of disabilities—physical, mental, sensory, intellectual, and invisible.

🌈 The Disability Pride Flag features five vibrant colors:

  • 🔴 Red: physical disabilities
  • 🟡 Gold: neurodivergence
  • ⚪ White: invisible/disabilities
  • 🔵 Blue: psychiatric disabilities
  • 🟢 Green: sensory disabilities
  • ⚫ Black background = mourning and strength

🎾Join the #SCTAFoundation to celebrate tennis as an equal opportunity sport with inclusion, access, and the power of disability identity in tennis and in life. ♿❤️
